Subject to product availability and receipt of payment, online purchases will be processed, and delivery will be confirmed via email and/or telephone. A booking number will be provided, along with details of the courier service used and any associated costs, if applicable.

Delivery to all main centers in South Africa carries a nominal fee of R108 at the time this policy was written. This fee is subject to change but will always be clearly displayed on checkout pages. 

For areas outside main centers, additional shipping costs may apply. If this affects your order, we will contact you to inform you of any extra charges before proceeding with delivery.

We aim to deliver within 1 to 3 working days. However, in cases of exceptional circumstances, delays may occur.

Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

• The items with the original receipt are returned within 15 days of purchase.

• Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached.
