Shipping Policy

Subject to product availability and receipt of payment, online purchases will be processed, and delivery will be confirmed via email and/or telephone. A booking number will be provided, along with details of the courier service used and any associated costs, if applicable.

Delivery to all main centers in South Africa carries a nominal fee of R200 at the time this policy was written. This fee is subject to change but will always be clearly displayed on checkout pages. 

For areas outside main centers, additional shipping costs may apply. If this affects your order, we will contact you to inform you of any extra charges before proceeding with delivery.

We aim to deliver within 1 to 3 working days. However, in cases of exceptional circumstances, delays may occur.
